It's a premium hotel at a premium location. The aesthetics are great, the room size is amazing, interiors are very premium and clean from time to time. The staff is very trained and friendly. I stayed for 5 days and Mr. Shubham and Mr. Krishna were always there to help. Will recommend to everyone to stay in this hotel.

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are big and spacious. The temperature regulation is well maintained, overall its very comfy inside. 24*7 room service is available. In room services are also available. The washrooms are big and good. Overall I would rate it 8/10.

It we wewas our first visit andre really concerned regarding the service but without doubt we had a wonderful stay in this Property. Syed Abas from Restrorant were very cordial and helpful. we enjoyed the stay to our best. We will surely visit again soon.Thanks A ton for your Hospitality.

Very good experience at Omega. The staff was very helpful. I stayed there almost a week and I was feeling like I am a very premium guest because of the staff's very good behaviour. The boy Krishna at reception, that guy was very friendly. House keeping staff was also very polite.

My parents and I were here because we had a family member in the ICU at Fortis. The commute to Fortis was 4 minutes and it was very convenient for us to be so close. We could order anything that we wanted cooked and the kitchen would make it for us. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The rooms were cleaned well every day. The water bottles were replenished regularly. There was nothing that I felt was missing during this stay. It was very warm and personal. The staff was very kind and supportive and it felt like a home environment. I want to say a big Thank you to Nishant, Abbas, Chandan, Krishna, Shubham, Dharmender, Sandeep, Rakesh, and all the others for taking such good care of us. I wish the Omega family the very best. Excellent hospitality and great hotel. The rooms are very spacious and is at par with any 5 star stay. The team is very hospitable and special shoutout to Nishant, the manager. He made sure that my stay is comfortable for the entier period.

The room and room service was excellent and we requested for for late check out, Mr. Krishna & Team did that with smiling face. It was really great experience. Hope to come back again.
